New Life Fellowship is a non-denominational church with a heart to love God and lead others to His forgiveness and saving power.

We believe…
  • The bible is the inspired infallible Word of God (II Timothy 3:16,17)

II Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. 17. That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

  • There is one true God (Isaiah 43:10,11, Deuteronomy 4:35)

Isaiah 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servants whom I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he; before me was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 11. I, even I, am the Lord and besides me there is no savior.

Deuteronomy 4:35 Unto thee is was shewed, that thou mightiest know that the LORD he is God; there is none else besides him.

  • Jesus Christ is Lord. (Philippians 2:11)

Philippians 2:11 And that ever tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father

  • Man was created by God in His image. Man voluntarily sinned, and incurred physical and spiritual death. (Genesis 1:27, 2:17, 3:6 & Romans 5:12)

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them

Genesis 2:17 But the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Genesis 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.

  • Jesus Christ is our only hope for salvation. (John 3:16, Acts 4:12)

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.

  • Believers in Jesus are to be baptized with water (Mark 16:16)

Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

  • Believers in Jesus Christ should seek and expect to be baptized with the Holy Ghost and with fire. (Matthew 3:11, Acts 1:4)

Matthew 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire.

Acts 1:4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father which, saith he, ye have heard of me.

  • Baptism in the Holy Ghost, is witnessed by the initial and physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance. (Acts 2:4, Acts 19:6, Acts 10:46, 19:6)

Acts 2:4 and they were filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

  • Believers are to be separated from that which is evil. Believers are to be dedicated to God. (II Corinthians 6:17. I Thessalonians 4:4)

II Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

I Thessalonians 4:4 That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor:

  • The Church is the body of Christ (Ephesians 1:22,23)

Ephesians 1:22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all thigs to the church. 23. Which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all.

  • Believers are called to evangelize the world and edify the body of Christ. (Mark 16:15, Ephesians 4:11,12)

Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, GO ye into the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelist; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ;

  • Divine healing was provided by our Lord Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 53:5)

Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him and with his stripes we are healed.

  • Jesus will come again in the clouds to receive his Church both dead and alive. (I Thessalonians 4:16,17)

I Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend form heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

  • There will be a final Judgment of the wicked. (Revelation 20:11-15)

Revelation 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it from whose face the earth and heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15. And whosoever was not found written in this book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

  • Believers look for a new heaven and a new earth to dwell. (II Peter 3:13)

II Peter 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for a new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
